No Rain, No Flowers

Bring the studio to you

Host a private painting event and I'll set up in your living room, community center, or event space. You provide the space, tables, and chairs — I bring everything else for a roomful of paint and laughter.

How it works

1

Pick your painting — choose from 10 signature designs.

2

Pick your date & headcount — 3–12 guests, booked at least 2 weeks ahead.

3

You set the stage — your space, tables, and chairs.

4

I bring the art — easels, canvases, paint, brushes, aprons, and cleanup. Everyone paints together and takes home their piece.

Choose what your group will paint

Ten designs, each one a guided, beginner-friendly painting. Browse them below — the photo is the finished piece, so your guests know exactly what they're creating. The event can feature one painting for everyone, or a few side by side. Tap to select.

Tip: pick the paintings you like above.

I bring

  • Easels, canvases, paint, brushes, and aprons for every guest
  • Table protection and clean-up supplies
  • Step-by-step instruction, setup and break-down
  • A finished painting for everyone to take home

You provide

  • The space (your home, a rented room, a community center)
  • Tables and chairs for your group
  • Drinks and snacks, if you'd like

The details, up front

  • 3 to 12 guests per event — a 3-person minimum, 12-person maximum
  • Book at least 2 weeks ahead so I can prepare and schedule
  • You provide the venue, tables, and chairs — I handle all the art supplies

Simple pricing

A base rate covers travel, setup, and your first few guests; each additional guest is a small add-on. This keeps every event worth the trip and scales smoothly up to 12. I'll send your exact quote when I confirm your date.

Refunds & cancellations

Clear rules, no surprises — here’s exactly what to expect.

Cancel or transfer your seat

Cancel up to 48 hours before the session and you can move your seat to a future date, transfer it to a friend, or get a full refund. Inside that window, seats aren’t refundable but can still be transferred to another person.

Rescheduling

Need a different day? Email me at least 48 hours ahead and I’ll happily move you to any upcoming workshop with open seats, at no charge.

Deposits (private events)

A deposit of $100 is due at booking to hold your date. It is non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

If I have to cancel

Life happens. If a session is canceled on my end (weather, illness, low enrollment), you’ll get a full refund or a credit toward any future date, your choice.

Questions? Email Nicole@flowerchilddesigns.com and I’ll sort it out with you.
